Slow Food Galway AGM 2019



April 7th, 2pm to 4pm

at Cait Curran's Farm "Siol", Moycullen


AGM will be followed by a presentation from Deirdre Flanagan (farmer's market trader and chef) on her "plant-based diet journey" and demonstration on how to adapt familiar dishes into plant-based meals.

There is no charge for this event, instead please bring small, plant-based dish to share on the day.

Next Event: Introduction to America Village Apothecary & Tasting Room

Our first event of 2019 will be an Introduction to America Village Apothecary & Tasting Room.
Owner Claire will talk us through the background of her business, what they make - bitters, tinctures, syrups and elixirs as well as explaining the production processes, followed by a tasting.
