Slow Food Galway member Michelle Crehan and Guga Lisik of The Kitchen Restaurant, Galway Museum will talk us through a masterclass in fermentation followed by the Slow Food Galway annual AGM

Michelle and Guga will present fermented rhubarb to drink, fermented mushrooms and Polish pickles.
