A Trio of Preserving at Home

Curing, Pickling, Smoking
with fellow chef member Ulrich Hoeche

21st May at noon
at Cait Curran Siol Centre,
Loughwell, Moycullen

Ulrich will show you how easy it is to preserve fresh vegetables, fish and meat at home.
Lunch will be based on all the produce preserved.

Directions In  Moycullen take left turn at lights for Spiddal  L1320. Continue uphill for 5 km and pass Loughwell Farm Park on your right. Take a left at crossroads immediately after farm park (yellow house on right) and continue downhill for 1 km to T junction. Entrance is directly opposite at T junction
