Some photos from Food and Craft Fair at the weekend

Well this is my own jam. For years we had this wild Damson tree grownig in our back garden in Mayo, which has been bearing fruit since i was a nipper. Damson are quiet a bitter plum like fruit which needs quiet a bit of sugar, and was therefore neglected until my mum arrived to my door with 15kg of them :-/, so.....who says money don't grow on trees?? at €3.50 per jar, thats not bad!!!. this is a lovely alternative to cranberry sauce on turkey...and will be on my table for the xmas dinner :-) — withPatricia McNeela and Angela Mc Neela
